Eighteen within in Thee Trinity Creation is the State of Being STRENGTH(18) and I can see how it readily applies to your situation. In seeking out the Man of your Dreams you may encounter many roadblocks and obstacles, STRENGTH(18) will be required to keep you going and to not settle for anything less than the right Person for you.
