Subject: Question on meditation
Dear Eugene,

I am in need of advice so I stumbled upon you on internet and hope you are able to help me.

I had 2 recent unusual experiences as follow:

1) While asleep, just before waking in the morning, Suddenly i was focussed right between my eyes without a thought for a few seconds. Then there is a "drowning experience accompanied by intense fear. My body was shaking in tune to a sound that sounded like a low pulsating electric current. After that I woke up. I thought nothig about that experience for the reason that...a) I was asleep during the experience so it may be an unreal dream...b) I have read the experience of Eckhart Tolle, and being rather similar to his experience to some extent, it must really be a dream for my case.

2) After that experience, this second one was much more puzzling because it happened when I was fully awake. I was listening through headphones, a talk by Eckhart Tolle on CD while lying down still with opened eyes. I was entering into a state of expected calm and quietude when suddenly, my vision jerked rhythmically left and right slightly but continuously. I watch that experience intensely and as I did, I feel a very strong energy growing up my being. I was fully awake, but the energy was so overwhelming. I put my hand onto my chest and found my heart beat racing. Because of that, I became frightened that I may die of a heart attack if I let it carry on. Eckhart voice was still in my ears but I was no more listening to its content nor message. I was merely listening to his voice without understanding what he was saying at all. His voice quality changed...it becomes clearer and deeper as if the voice is closer and coming out from inside me than from the headphones relatively speaking. Visually, I cannot remember how my room appeared though my eyes were opened because of the intense energy and fear. I decided to close my eyes and realized my lids were reddish, meaning my face must be flushed with blood. I decided to relax before I die of a heart attack and as I decided so, i began to feel better, enjoying the receding feeling as fear slowly subside.

I am really puzzled. It seems that the experience I had was nothing more than a physiology of fear...heart racing, heightened attention, blood rushing. I am now puzzled what it really is. If its really just a fear response, then will I die of heart attack if i let it be? Should I continue? I dont know what I should do if it happens again. Should I continue and risk dying? will I die? My heart was beating really fast like I was exercising or running.

Hi Len,

I cannot say with any certainty what your experience really was but I can that it is not anything that should happen while in a State of Meditation. Sometimes in the beginning of your Meditation as a deep calm comes over you it is common that a muscle may twitch or an arm or leg give a slight jerk due to a release of built up stress, but not anything like you have described Len.

I would not advice you to continue listening to your tape until you have had a physical check-up. Explain to the Doctor about your experience, perhaps it was a type of panic attack. You should have your heart checked out as well in case it is a heart condition. As well you may want to look into learning a Meditation that does not require you to listen to a tape in order to Meditate. Mantra type Meditations generally speaking are quite effective at Transcending and do not require anything outside of yourself: Self Empowering Meditation™ is such a Meditation.

Your experience I believe is far less Spiritual and far more of the body hence a Medical Doctor would be the one you should see for your Health could be in jeopardy.

I had a dream of triple 777, I saw a single story house, colored butter yellow in my dreams in the house of my Fiancée, that was December of 2004, and up to know, I am looking for the meaning, I became so sensitive with these numbers, and time to time, I am seeing cars with plate numbers 777 with diff letters combination and some e-mails addresses that has

The sevens within Thee Trinity Creation are a very significant set of Numbers, and are of similar significance to a Person`s Life. To begin with your triple 777 is in combination the Number 7, and that of 77, which in Meaning give you that of your Number 777. A person may be Honest but not of Truth whereas a Person of Truth is naturally for the most part Honest, unless that honesty is actually a reduction of the truth.

Your Number is a message of the eternal whose essence is Truth and it is saying to you Tony to remain True under all circumstances to your Fiancee and be of Truth in the expression of the Person you are. Let that which your Fiancee sees of you and in you be the True you. This will be the most worthy way to take, both in your relationship and in your Life.

Numbers Interpreted in Truth(33)

Hi. My name is Megan. I have this friend who is a little freaked out about something. I told him that I would find out as much as I could. I need some help from you if you don't mind. His concern is that for about 7 months or more everytime he has looked at a clock, any clock, it has been 11 after the hour. I've tried to find out what this all means. I've read that 11 is purity. But, why is he seeing this all the time? Is there something he needs to know? Could you please explain in words that are easy to understand so that I can relay the message? I`m glad that you have contacted me in person and I know that I can be of benefit to you in your search. You are absolutely right, the Number 11 in meaning is indeed PURITY(11). If anywhere else they tell you anything other than this they are wrong, they themselves do not know the True Meaning of the Number 11. This Knowledge that you now have of the Number 11 in itself should help ease the concern of your friend for you can assure him that there is no negativity to the Number 11, however there is some negative type of behavior in him that is definitely lacking in PURITY(11). And what is PURITY(11)? Simply put in definition it is as follows:

Well yes and no, what a way to start an email? You see prior to Christmas Eve 1986, that is when the Journey into the most intense suffering of my Life began, I had Meditated regularly, twice daily just as schooled according to the method I had learned which was Transcendental Meditation, by Maharishi Yogi. However once the break up of my family had begun, which was Christmas Eve 1986, I no longer Meditated. In fact I had abandoned in time all avenues of Spiritual incline for I felt they had all failed me for the pain I was in was just so very unbearable, that is when my Life came close to an end so very many times. However I did, prior to the Spiritual Energy Communication of 1988, Transcend but not through Meditation but rather through my own Powerful Desire to be One with the Oneness of all independent of any previous learning or Religious upbringing; yes my Desire combined with the intense physical as well as emotional pain I was suffering catapulted to me to that level of experience, and once there I knew absolutely that there was indeed a Glorious Oneness to all, but it my Oneness of Mind would only last for a very short duration and then I would come crashing back down to Earth. Then unexpectedly it happened, the Event, and what a blast it was. That was the birth of Thee Trinity Creation and of course my Spiritual Rebirth into that of Thee Trinity Creation.

Some time following that Event I Created my own method of Meditation of Transcendence entitled Self Empowering Meditation. I no longer wanted to associate myself with Maharishi`s Religious philosophies for I had outgrown them.
