HI Master Sage Eugene,
I am intrigued by your answer. I am completelely exhausted at the moment due to having had a breakdown 18months ago.I had a year long bout of depression and was recovering well until my son has been home 24/7. My 25yr old son lives with me,I love him dearly and he really is a lovely young man,but living with him in the same house has been driving me crazy,he was working away alot up till 2 months ago he too is burnt out but is recovering,so for the last 6 weeks he has had time off work and he has been home all the time,and I have really gone down hill,we are looking for a unit for him so we can both have our own place and space, for me even doing that is an enormous battle for me at the moment. I have been getting alot of anxiety,no appetite etc. I have no direction myself at the moment due to worry over him and trying to push him out of the nest so he can get out of the rut he is in. He relies on me for so much which is my fault. I havent been well enough to work for 6months.
Eugene I would appreciate any input when you have time.

Perhaps it is best to not try pushing him out right now for this will cause added stress for you. Although you are right he should make a LIFE(15) on his own just let things be for now as they are and work at rebuilding yourself. Chapter 7 within my e-Manuscript 2999 Everlasting© is a most excellent expression of the method in learning Self Empowering Meditation©, a System which I created perhaps 10 years back or so. All you need in terms of instruction and many questions and answers are there within included. Once you are able to Master Self Empowering© Meditation it will be a tremendous Personal asset you with you for your entire LIFE(15). As well once you begin you may have some unique questions arise, I will continually guide you throughout Pamela.
I can relate to the difficulty you presently face of loving your son but of also wanting him to build a LIFE(15) of and on his own. You must give things time to work through and in the meantime begin learning Self Empowering Meditation©, I chose that particular name for it really is so Empowering of the Self once you learn it well and apply it daily.

Dear Mr. Morin....I didn't have your phone number...or most likely would have called you. It is so good that you are willing to correspond with me. I told you a little of my story.....my concern now is that I don't know what truth is. It's like I'm searching so desperately for the 'real' meaning in life.
What is truth...and what is real.? I'm getting so overwhelmed by all that is out there. I keep hearing to get in touch with my inner guidance....but can't seem to get in touch with my guidance. I was always so unhappy in my marriage....and just wanted out. I would have this reoccuring dream that I would suddenly come to an awareness that I was single. Well here I am....I was involved with another man...and left my marriage of 32 years because I was so tired of failing. I am overwhelmed at the loss of my 32 years....of what I wanted....of the loss of keeping my family ...together. I know there is more to life than where I am at the present. Can you help me? Hi Melinda,Please do talk of yourself that way, you are no doubt quite an intelligent Person. The phrase: THE SANCTITY OF INTELLIGENT HUMAN LIFE SUPERSEDES ALL ELSE is TRUTH in a few words but it does give the Person a road map of how to get there. The way to live TRUTH is to always balance whatever Decisions you make with the Goodness you can in Pureness of Heart generate from the Decision while causing the least amount of hurt, to yourself and others. This is not easy because often we are torn between exactly what is the right thing to do? This came through so clearly as I spoke to you earlier on the phone, you are torn between taking command of your Life and the pain and suffering that you Decision to leave caused, and is still causing. There is no going back from this point, you must continue on forward and the pain in time will lessen. You did what you sincerely thought was right in ending the Marriage but it is very unfortunate that you got involved with someone while I believe you were still together with your Husband. If this is the case it will take longer to heal because even though your intention may have been good your actions were wrong and you now still feel such guilt for your wrongdoing. If I am speaking here out of line or with incorrect assumptions I sincerely apologize but from our time togehter this is how I remember it.
Let the guilt go little by little, it will take time but it will eventually leave you. As far as that statement of TRUTH the best way for me to simplify it is through a real Life situation, in other words if there is something you are not sure of please call on me anytime and together we will attempt to determine where the Greatest Truth lies and thus the best Decision.
Goodness unto others is living TRUTH but not in detriment to yourself: balance in judgement, Pureness of Heart and strength in Decision making will help Truth lead the way.
