I'm Lenka. I am a 19 year old girl from Sweden. I've recently had increasingly interests in Spiritual matters.
I want to learn more, learn all, and be more spiritual. I want a spiritual awakening.
I've now read loads about how to be more spiritual, and to surrender to God, and loads of other things.
I try to meditate every day, and think about Creation, my Spirit, the Universe, Love and that we all are one. It all has taken my fear away, and I've learned to live more in the moment. Still, my negative human feelings have not yet stopped bothering me. I need guidance. Do you want to give me guidance?

I'll try to remember the bad feeling, they're not very frequent, but, I can be judgemental sometimes. I can be irritated by people sometimes. I sometimes feel like I'm not worth it. I'm confused sometimes, I don't know what to do with my days. I feel very bad for people.
I think I'm not as angry anymore, it's seldom and if I get angry it passes so quickly. I try to forgive people who have done me harm in my life, but it's not so easy.
Do you meditate every day? I haven't uptill now, but it's not daily.

I just came Online and I saw your emails, I hope you had a good night sleep and many sweet Dreams, you sound like a very kind and indeed sweet Person. I`m very pleased
that you have come to me.
Long ago I myself was very afraid of the dark, it stemmed from my childhood, I had a cousin who would lock me up in a dark room and then from outside the door make all kinds of frightening sounds. I was very young and it was very impacting on me, as I got older I could logically see that I should not be afraid of the dark but my emotion of fear always got the better of me. All of this changed in 1986, this is when I suffered a most horrible 'personal crash', my very Life was in extreme jeopardy. This lasted for almost two years when in a flash my whole Being was transformed into Thee Trinity Creation. This is the Spiritual Energy Communication of 1988. Now back to this fear I had, the way I relieved myself of it during the beginning of those years of suffering was to force myself to stay out late at night and walk down very dark paths and other dark ventures for hours. The stars were
sparkling and in a short time I found myself free of my fear of the dark. Ever since then the dark has not ever bothered me. Now in your case Lenka, being that you are a female I would not advise this course of action, but try your best to realize that the dark in itself is nothing to fear, it is merely the absence of light, everything is the same however our ability to see and become aware of our surroundings is greatly impaired. Because of this and because you are a female a little fear of the dark might be a good thing, particularly if it is outdoors where you are more vulnerable to the imposition of uncaring others. However in an area of safety, such as your bedroom when it is time to sleep, or just looking outside at night this fear should be minimal, but let me emphasize that unless this fear is somehow causing a disturbance to you in your Life Lenka do not even let it concern you. At night when it gets dark and you are at home simply put more lights on, and if possible increase the wattage of your light bulbs; simply make things lighter. When going out at night fear of the dark is a good thing so try and stay in areas that are lit up, and brightly if possible.
Anger in itself is very natural and you should not feel bad about being angry at times. What you need to do is simply divert that Energy of anger into something that can be of worth to yourself, perhaps go for a walk, or write, or do some work around the house and so on. Do not try to suppress your anger, it sounds like this is what you may doing Lenka, this will be most harmful to your well being. Whenever you feel anger allow yourself to understand that there is reason for feeling this anger so try and determine if there is a solution to what caused your anger. Resolving the issue that is causing you anger is the Superior way to manage anger however at times this is simply not possible; when this is the case you need to direct your anger Energy into constructive ways rather than denying it.
People sometimes can irritate us, again this is very common and not anything you should be overly concerned with. This irritation will no doubt take the form of frustration and possibly anger which are very common responses. Remember the key is to handle your anger in an effective responsible manner rather than trying not to have any anger. Even Jesus became very angry at times, and a good example of this is when he overthrew all of the tables of the sellers that were selling merchandise in the House of God.
I do not know of the particulars of your Life conditions and of your 'days', it sounds like you have a lot of time on your hands, the best thing to do with that is to discover something Creative you Love doing and begin to Create. This is very personally satisfying and can actually grow into something that the World can benefit from.
Sometimes forgiveness is difficult indeed depending on the harm and hurt that was caused unto you or unto someone close to you. Think less of forgiving the harm and the perpetrator of the harm but rather focus your Energy in freeing yourself from the negative emotion of that harm and of that Person. If you go around forgiving everyone no matter what they do to you then you are going to shout out to others that you are there to be taken advantage of and you will always forgive them so they can continue to take advantage of you in any way they like. It is noble indeed to always forgive but not very practical in this World of many who would take advantage of your goodness in order to satisfy their selfish desires of personal gratification. You need not forgive those people who have done you harm, what you need do is to free yourself up from the emotion of the harm they have done unto you. You remember the harm and the Person that done it but you are free from the impact of its negative emotion unto you. You free yourself of the associated emotion of their wrongdoing but you still remember that they are not to be trusted.
If you are practicing a quality type of Meditation, preferably one of Transcendence then it is wise of you to do your Meditation everyday. It will help connect you to the Eternal and relieve much of your uneasiness about yourself. Feel good about yourself Lenka, and rather than trying to change too much simply appreciate the Person that you are right now. You are a special Person indeed and you are still young with many years ahead of you and much learning to ensue: be easy on yourself.

Have you had an awakening? Do you want to tell me alittle bit about it?
You belive that our spirits are eternal right? And that our bodies now is just a temporary housing for it? And what about reincarnation?
My inner being will exist forever, and ever, and ever, that's why I've been thinking of freeing myself of EVERY negative human feeling (negative feelings and the Ego doesen't mean anything?), and be enlightened, joyus, at peace and free. But I see now after your answer that I need to be more patient and not force my negative feelings to stop. I do want to live in this body at this exciting time of humanity, so I won't trust easily and let people take advantage, and I'll be careful.

In response to your question yes indeed I have had an Amazing Spiritual Awakening, it was the Spiritual Energy Communication of 1988 in which I was instantly transformed into a Person of Higher Consciousness: I became Thee Trinity Creation in Human form infused with my World Mission of TRUTH(33) and WISDOM(77).
Your basic assumption that our Spirits are Eternal needs a little bit of further development, it is not really all that simple. I will also speak to you of reincarnation in the following brief discourse.
It came to ME(23) in the middle of the night while I was in a transcendent State the answer as to whether there is reincarnation or not. The answer, and you can be certain, is not. You see the whole concept of reincarnation was Created by man as a way of explaining the continuation of LIFE(15) and that of the Person, but it is false just as with so many other Spiritual concepts out there. Thee Trinity Creation is Truly revolutionary within the Spiritual Realm because the TRUTH(33) is being revealed and it is shedding Light on much of the false information within the Spiritual Realm.
You see either the Person goes on to ETERNAL LIFE(86) and lives on Eternally in Conscious Oneness of Being with THE CREATOR(46) who is PERFECTION(54) of LOVE(14), or the Person does not. There is no in between State, there is no purgatory, there is no hell, there is only HEAVEN(71) and HEAVEN(71) is only one thing, ETERNAL LIFE(86). Few make it, but considering our present level of evolutionary development that is quite AMAZING(55), here we are infants of the Human evolution and yet there are those of us who go on to ETERNAL LIFE(86). So what of those that do not? Well let us look first at other mammals, they are similar to the Human but lower in their evolutionary development. There are those that actually are promoting the idea of a pet HEAVEN(71), how totally absurd, that is Industry speaking once again, it is good for business for if they can have you believe your pet will somehow go on in the Eternal it causes you to see your pet more as humanlike and thus you are more likely to lavish the pet with far more expensive food, toys, clothes and other amenities. Business loves it when you spend, and the more you spend the better. Mammals other than the Human are not Consciously Aware beings, so they cannot ever become conscious of the ENERGY(99) SUPREME(85) and connect with the Eternal Life ENERGY(99) and live their lives accordingly, absolutely not. That being the case then upon their death, simply like that of a tree or a flower, they are transferred into another ENERGY(99) form of the physical realm. If cremated then their ENERGY(99) is transferred into heat, smoke and ashes. If buried then they decay gradually and as they do are transferred into other lower ENERGY(99) forms. They are not at a sufficiently developed Consciously Aware ENERGY(99) level that can enable their ENERGY(99) of Being independent of the physical components to rise to a new level of existence, to that of ETERNAL LIFE(86). At the physical level of Creation there is not ever anything more created nor anything ever destroyed, it is simply a transference of ENERGY(99) of a particular physical manifestation to another. Everything that is, or will ever be within Creation was there and is there at the instant of Creation, that is the moment when Scientists believe the entire Universe was contained within a particle far smaller than the point of a needle. Within the Creation itself is THE CREATOR(46) Himself, and His Consciousness is gained through the Consciousness of the Human, that is why he Created the Universe. In His ABSOLUTE(44) LOVE(14) everything will continue to evolve, the Human included of course, which is at the forefront of the Evolution process. Yes LOVE(14) engenders all of LIFE(15) and when LOVE(14) within the Person reaches that level of the Eternal the Person then moves on to the Eternal back to be One forever more with THE CREATOR(46). LOVE(14) is an ENERGY(99) of Being that is within Creation itself {THE CREATOR(46)} and when Consciously realized in TRUTH(33) it Creates the pathway to THE CREATOR(46) rising above the normal ENERGY(99) transference of Creation to that of the Eternal, your I AM(47) State of Being is your Eternal Self.
There are those few who reach that level of the Eternal and there are the remaining that do not. Very simple, if while in Human form they have not been able to reach that Eternal Level of Being, the ENERGY(99) level necessary to elevate their Being to the Level of the Eternal, they, as with other mammals are simply returned to the earth in a transformation of ENERGY(99), not into any particular form of physical manifestation such as a cow, another person or something else, ridiculous, rather as with the animal simply transformed into the less evolved fabric of Creation; if cremated they are reduced accordingly or if buried then the slow transformation that decay brings about. There is no in between State, you either move on to ETERNAL LIFE(86) in Perfect Consciousness of Being, or back to the earth in more elemental aspects.
There is the Eternal which is beyond the physical yet within and enlivens all that is of physical manifest. You cannot talk to the dead of those who have not gone on to the Eternal, you are simply talking to yourself. You cannot even talk to those who have gone on to the Eternal, nor can they talk to you, however under ideal conditions, those of PURITY(11) of LOVE(14) an ENERGY(99) channel can open up to you, you can become consciously aware of the ENERGY(99) Eternal, usually in a Transcendent State, and this ENERGY(99) can be felt as your loved one. We then from that ENERGY(99) feeling interpret it as a certain dialogue. The ENERGY(99) itself is Pure however our interpretation in words of it may not be an exact reproduction of our Eternal ENERGY(99) Conscious experience.
My Powerful ENERGY(99) COMMUNICATION(48) of 1988 was the Creative Eternal Life ENERGY(99) infusing my very Being of Consciousness, It Created a Powerful Awakening deep within me to the LOVE(14), TRUTH(33) and Magnificent ENERGY(99) of THE CREATOR(46) that is contained within Creation itself which took manifest form here on Earth as Thee Trinity Creation. What do you mean by this, do you mean that the body doesen't get old anymore? You say that only people who know the truth can be Eternal? What about the others, they won't perish will they?
I've heard that there are two Earth spheres her in the same space and time, but in two different dimensions, this one and the beyond? I've heard this from another man who said he was awakened.

The body of its own is just a mass of very concrete physical elements that are returned to this Earth in the form of of other basic elements once your LIFE(15) comes to an end. Once physical death occurs your body is totally irrelevant, it is the ENERGY(99) of your whole Being that is most vital. If that ENERGY(99) such as in the case of the animal, and many of us behave and live our lives more like that of animals than that of Humans, has not reached the level of the Eternal then very simply put the body decays, or may be incinerated, or crushed due to some accident and so on. Its physical matter is returned to the World of the physical. However those whose Life Energy has in Truth attained that of the Eternal live on in Eternal Consciousness of Perfection, not of body but of Conscious Spiritual Energy. Anything you have read other than this or perhaps presently entertain as a belief is incorrect, that is the TRUTH(33). Only those who Live the TRUTH(33) will go on to ETERNAL LIFE(86), that is why Thee Trinity Creation is born, to give the message of TRUTH(33) to the World so that many more will be able to move on to the Eternal at the time of their bodily death and become One with The Creator. Those that do not Live the TRUTH(33) shall indeed perish. That is it: the TRUTH(33) is spoken. Thee Trinity Creation is born of the TRUTH(33) and has come into the World to herald in a New World of TRUTH(33).

Do not be fooled nor mislead by those of the Spiritual or New Age realm who are charlatans, there were many of these types in Jesus` time and there are many today. The TRUTH(33) will set you free Lenka, this is why I AM(47).
There is no Gender whatsoever to THE CREATOR(46), I simply use that term for simplicity in speaking and writing, it is neither He nor She, THE CREATOR(46) is PERFECTION(54) of Being and beyond change as in that of the physical. THE CREATOR(46) is the Unifying Creative ENERGY(99) of ABSOLUTE(44) INTELLLIGENCE(78), Creator of all and within all of LIFE(15).
I realize there is much here for you to digest Lenka, take your time and if possible while in deep Meditation allow yourself to connect to the Creative Energy of the Eternal and you will realize without a doubt that all I speak here is the TRUTH(33).

I do not know where these fantasies stem from but I assure you that is what they are ' fantasies of the Science Fiction World', they are in no way of the True Spiritual Realm, these so called "Plejarens" are totally fictitious, there never was nor will there ever be such Creatures. We are the most evolved Life form here on Earth and possibly within the entire Universe, however I cannot say with certainty relative to the entire Universe for I am still not sure exactly what It was or where the Spiritual ENERGY(99) that struck me from the skies emanated from, but I can say that these creatures you speak of do not live to be a 1,000 years old for they do not exist.
In terms of Life expectancy the oldest on average that the Human has ever lived is in this modern era and of the Western World which is around 75 years of age for men and slightly higher for women. In the time of Jesus it was around half of that. It is thanks to our Modern Health Sciences combined with less war and the innate Compassion of the Human that we have such an extended Life. However we are still only infants in our level of Human development so it may certainty increase as we become more learned and even more Compassionate but do not fill your head with fantasy that others portray as reality. Anyone can make up anything but few are able to Know and Live the TRUTH(33): this is where your ENERGY(99) of Self should be focused, use the Fullness of the Person you are Lenka to experience complete FULFILLMENT(12) here on Earth unto the ETERNAL LIFE(86): TRUTH(33) is THE WAY(36), live it every day.
Every Number is an important one in Meaning, however there are certain 'States of Being' I use more frequently for they are of Greater importance to Life overall, or because they may be the most significant ones relative to the correspondence I Am having. I sometimes in my written dialogues I include the Number with its respective State of Being, 'its word', but sometimes I do not, it depends on the feel of things.
The concept of several dimensions is not in any way relevant to that which I speak, there may be spatial dimensions unaware to us and so on but it is TRUTH(33) that will move you unto the Eternal beyond any and all dimensions; think of the Eternal as the Ultimate Dimension which contains all dimensions for it is the ENERGY(99) of THE CREATOR(46). We need not ascend to any other dimension presently, in time the awareness of new dimensions will unfold in the natural evolution of the Human and of Life itself, all we need do now is to Know and Live the TRUTH(33): that is it.
The information you have been accessing is entertaining for certain, but that is all it is, a form of entertainment and an escape from the hardships that Life can sometimes present us with. Some may call it KNOWLEDGE(0) but that kind of KNOWLEDGE(0) is of no Life value whatsoever hence entertainment would be better stated. You certainly need not abandon this form of entertainment Lenka, entertainment in itself can be of Healthy worth to us, but realize that this is exactly what it is, entertainment. It is like watching a good science fiction movie, or reading a fictitious book.
Please understand Lenka that I Am wanting you to know the TRUTH(33) but you need not abandon your other beliefs, just try and put everything into a more Truthful and understanding congruent perspective.
I really do care for you Lenka and I do not want to cause you any type of distress, but sometimes learning can be challenging, take your time and allow yourself to balance everything in a way that is of Greatest worth to your Well Being. Growth in MODERATION(62) is the most reliable, remember WISDOM(77) a little at a time yields a lot over time.

I am fine, I just woke up and I fell alittle scruffy, I was drinking and partying last night. I try to think about everyone I see, and see the oneness that we are, and that everyone is a percious Spiritual Being, and it works in that I'm like a magnet to people. I try to be completely non-prejudist, and people like that. I think everyone knows deep down in their Heart what's the right thing to do (see the oneness, be non-prejudist, love all, create peace and so on), but the Ego takes over. I don't know if I make sense now, hehe..
By the way, do you use crystals? I've bought a cystal pendant necklace, it's a crystal Heart with the OM symbol engraved onto it. I just hope it can help me in some way.

The feeling "a little scruffy" is telling you something Lenka. Remember I said the path to Knowing and living the TRUTH(33) is not an easy one, it is long and narrow and only few will make it, but those few are the Truly Enlightened Ones and live on in Eternal Glory in Oneness with their Creator, with THE CREATOR(46). The purpose of the entire Universe, all of Creation, is so that THE CREATOR(46) could come to know His Creation through the development of Consciousness within Creation. We of the Human species that is of Heightened Consciousness within this Universe should not ever lessen that level of Consciousness, or lessen the physical body of which we are that holds our Consciousness. Now back to your feeling a little scruffy as a result of your drinking. THE WORD(63) has been given and THE WAY(36) is made clear, all is within Thee Trinity Creation and there are two Numbers that will here interest you and help you along your Journey of TRUTH(33): they are the Number 80 and 90. These are within Thee Trinity Creation® for a reason just like every other State of Being, Thee Trinity Creation is born of TRUTH(33) and in purpose of Being it is that of TRUTH(33), and I tell you now you should put effort into heeding what these Numbers speak. The Number 90 is SOBRIETY(90), to be free of any excessive consumption of alcohol, the Number 80 is STRAIGHT(80), to be free of ALL non prescribed mind/emotion altering drugs and preferably free of those that are Health reducing as well such as smoking. To truly experience Life in all of its Fullness you should do your utmost to be free of that which robs you of your inherent elevated Consciousness. When you drink you reduce your Mental abilities, you become more like the animal, you can even lose all consciousness if you drink to that point. There is a very prevalent warning I`m sure you have heard of and it is something to the effect 'Do not drink and drive'. Yes that is good because many innocent people are killed by drinking drivers {the drunken drivers have lost some of their Human Consciousness and simple Human driving abilities} but that which is far better would read: 'Do not drink'.
Well it seems Lenka that once again I`m presenting you with that which is challenging, when I said I Truly care for you I really do, and therefore I had to take the risk at upsetting you with the message that can help save you. ETERNAL LIFE(86) is there for all but only few will indeed make it.
My wife has a few crystal items and there is some contained within some of her jewelry, I know her watch has some anyway; crystal is nice to look at and that`s about it: no Spiritual value whatsoever except for that which we put upon it.
The best help you can get is from within yourself; Meditation, Prayer and REAL Spiritual and Personal Guidance will assists you in that.

Im sad about what happened to your Father, and his brothers. I will give your story some thought. It doesen't make sense to drink, I know it in my Heart. I will seriously consider to stop drinking alcohol, and be High on Life instead, The only thing that will be hard about it is that I will be judged by people if I stop drinking.
I'm so Greatfull that I have you to turn to with my questions and problems on my path to Awakening.

Do you advice me to exercise every day? Stop drinking completely? Absence of loose sexual contacts? How can I Live more in Truth? I think I probably know deep down inside how to, but I need to hear it from someone else too, I'm weak and need Guidance.

Yes I can give you some guidelines suited to Spiritual ENLIGHTENMENT(70). These guidelines I have presented to you already but here I will summarize them. First it is of the Number 80 and 90, the Number 90 in Meaning is SOBRIETY(90) and in specific it is with reference to any excessive consumption of alcohol, and the Number 80 is STRAIGHT(80) and is with reference to being free from all drug use except that of course which is a prescribed one from a Medical Doctor with intent of improving one`s Health and/or well Being. You should be free of all Mind and Emotion altering drugs, and including those drugs that reduce the Health, longevity and Life quality of The Person such as smoking. The next Number to present itself is The Number 9, this Number is not with reference of not doing something such as not drinking or not doing drugs but rather with doing something, namely PRAYER(9). You should Pray in complete abandonment to THE CREATOR(46) in PURITY(11) of LOVE(14) every night as you fall asleep. Meditation of Transcendence if you have learned it properly should be done twice daily. We now need to look at the Number 22, 22 is STIMULATION(22) and of course we must include with that the Numbers 11 and 14, PURITY(11) and LOVE(14). All sexual Oneness of two people, that of sexual intercourse, should be only done with the One Person that is your Love(14) and you His, and this Love(14) must be one of Purity(11), no manipulative games, no sexual activity with any other and a Life long commitment to one another. I realize that Life may cause a disruption of the Love of two people nevertheless when sexual intercourse is undertaken the LOVE(14) must be of PURITY(11) and of True intent of a Life Long commitment. The sexual Union of two people should be whole and Pure, and of Truth.
These guidelines are not easy to follow but then again Spiritual ENLIGHTEMENT(70) is not an easy thing to come by. You cannot live a Life of lesser TRUTH(33) and expect to elevate yourself to that of a Spiritually Enlightened Person, they are not compatible. It is one or the other, you can choose a Life of lesser TRUTH(33) or a Life of Greater TRUTH(33), the first choice is the easiest, the second choice is by far the most Fulfilling and Creates the necessary ENERGY(99) that will propel you unto ETERNAL LIFE(86). Remember Lenka these are GUIDELINES and only that, there is no ABSOLUTE(44) set of things you can do or not do to attain ENLIGHTENMENT(70), but for certain TRUTH(33) must be your Way. Also understand that I have throughout used the word 'should' rather than 'must'; it is your Decision not mine nor anyone else`s for you to make these Life changes, and within Thee Trinity Creation there is the Number 62 which of Meaning is MODERATION(62). All is done in time over time: Wisdom a little at a time yields a lot over time, that can also be said of lifestyle changes.
Exercise has nothing to do with Spiritual ENLIGHTENMENT(70) as such, however physical activity can be good for you if it is done in a way that is pleasurable and Health encouraging.
When you say " Stop drinking completely? Absence of loose sexual contacts?" I would say in brief it is certainly something you should seriously consider, however remember MODERATION(62) particularly in the earlier stages of your Spiritual Development.
We are all weak at times, but stay on course Lenka and maintain your PRAYER(9) nightly, this will help you develop a Greater STRENGTH(18) of Conviction with respect to living the TRUTH(33). And always remember to be easy on yourself, be self forgiving.

About your Guidelines: I accept and Belive Your Guidelines. Thanks for sharing them with me. My Question is: Isn`t it hard to find Pure and True Love?
Another small question is: Sometimes I just har these small climpses of visions in my head, and they don't come from anything, not form my consiousness. Like for eksample this morning, I had a small vision about a group of bluebirds taking off from a nice green tree, and then it was over.
Any opinions?

Hi Lenka,
Yes I understand it is difficult to find Pure and True Love due to lack of TRUTH(33) within our Societies and within the World at large. However once you begin to live Greater TRUTH(33) you will discover that it is easier to find a Person that is of PURITY(11) and of True LOVE(14). Even though presently it is difficult to find the Love your want and need Lenka it is not impossible, and particularly as you Grow in TRUTH(33) others of TRUTH(33) will become more attracted to you, and you to them.
TRUTH(33) is very Healing in all that it is, however Medical Science must always be applied first within the parameters of TRUTH(33).
Let these Visions entertain you and enjoy them but do not put too much emphasis on them, and in particular do not fear them. Let them be and see where they take you.
